Switching to Accmerio
Bring your books with you.
Import from Other Software brings a company's history across from the files your current system exports, and proves it against that system's own trial balance and ageing before anything posts.
Choose the software you use today
- Zoho BooksMove your books from Zoho Books to Accmerio: what to export, which records come across, and how the move is checked against your old trial balance.
- TallyMove from TallyPrime or Tally.ERP 9, GCC editions included, to Accmerio: export Tally's XML, bring the ledgers and vouchers across and check the balances.
- QuickBooksMove from QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Desktop to Accmerio: the reports and lists to export, what comes across and how the balances are proved.
- Odoo AccountingMove from Odoo Community, Enterprise or Odoo Online to Accmerio: export journal items, the chart of accounts and contacts, and check the balances.
- XeroMove from Xero to Accmerio: the files Xero exports, which ones Accmerio reads, and how each column is confirmed and every balance proved before posting.
- ERPNextMove from ERPNext, on Frappe Cloud or self-hosted, to Accmerio: export the general ledger and chart of accounts, bring them across and check the balances.
- Business CentralMove from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to Accmerio: export general ledger entries and the chart of accounts with Open in Excel, then check the balances.
- Excel or CSV spreadsheetsKeeping the books in Excel? Bring your accounts, customers, suppliers, invoices, bills and balances into Accmerio from CSV or Excel, every column confirmed.
How the move is checked
Upload what you exported
Accmerio recognises each file and runs a health check: what was found, partly found or missing, and whether it can be proved.
Confirm the columns and the mapping
Check how each column is read and how each account, contact and tax code maps. A 0% VAT code always waits for you: zero-rated, exempt and out of scope are different boxes on the VAT return.
Prove it in a sandbox
Every record is posted in a sandbox and the result is compared with your old system's trial balance and ageing, then rolled back. A difference shows both figures and the likely cause.
Approve, then post
The Owner or an Administrator approves the migration, and only then is it posted into the books. What is not posted, such as drafts and voided documents, stays in a searchable historical archive.
