How adding one works
Added from the Marketplace
Your Owner or an Administrator adds a connector from the Marketplace in your workspace.
Set up for your company
Each one has its own settings, and the accounts it posts to are chosen by your accountant.
Access by role
Connectors with their own departments bring their own roles, without opening the ledger to them.
Transportation
Run the fleet. The books keep themselves.
For companies that move people by bus, coach and car: enquiries, jobs, dispatch, drivers, fleet, costs and invoicing, all in the same ledger, whether the fleet is owned, rented or subcontracted.
- Enquiries and quotationsTake an enquiry, price it line by line and send a quotation the customer accepts without a login.
- Dispatch boardAssign vehicles and drivers by dragging, with checks for clashes, licences, servicing and expired papers.
- The driver's job sheetA link per job and driver for times, odometer, passengers, expenses with receipts and the customer's sign-off.
- Fleet and driversDocuments with expiry dates, maintenance due by date or distance, and driver profiles on your employee records.
- Costs, fines and driver moneyFuel, tolls and fines recorded on the job, shared by who pays, and settled with each driver.
- Closing drafts the invoiceA closed job prepares its draft invoice in Accounting, where it waits for approval.
- Prices that say where they came fromCustomer rates, list prices, routes and packages, with typed prices recorded beside them.
- Transport reportsRevenue, costs, margin, fleet use and drivers for any period, as a PDF on your letterhead.
Runs passenger work: buses, coaches and cars. Sending quotations needs the Document Generation plugin. Drivers and customers are told by email. Map search needs a Google Maps key; GPS and telematics connections are not included.
Procurement
From the customer’s enquiry to the signed delivery.
For trading and contracting companies: each customer request is one order, from enquiry and quotation through the customer's LPO, stock or supplier LPOs and a signed delivery order to the invoice.
- One order, one pageSix stages from enquiry to payment, with the next step stated in a sentence.
- Supplier quotationsAsk several suppliers by email or link and compare net prices line by line.
- The customer's LPO as the contractIts quantities and prices become what is delivered and invoiced, differences shown.
- Stock by locationOn hand, reserved and available at each location, valued at weighted-average cost.
- Delivery orders without pricesSigned on a phone, by link or on paper; rejected quantities go back to stock.
- Credit checksWarn or block at confirmation or dispatch from the customer's balance and limit.
Brings the Document Generation plugin with it. Invoices and supplier bills stay drafts until approved in Accounting; stock is counted in quantities and not posted to the ledger.
Retail
Tills, stock and the daily close, in your books.
For shops, groceries and markets: products and barcodes, stock that knows why it changed, tills, returns and the daily close, with every sale landing in your books by itself.
- Products and barcodesCategories, selling prices, VAT codes, manufacturers' barcodes, case barcodes that count as several pieces, and in-store codes.
- Sold by weightA typed weight, or read from a scale's label once you tell Retail how your scales print.
- Receiving and stockScan, count and confirm what a supplier delivered, with damaged items kept apart; every stock change is recorded with its reason.
- A sales tillScan or search, discounts within each cashier's limit, cash, card on your card terminal or both, and a manager's PIN for the rest.
- Returns and exchangesAgainst the original receipt, refunded at what was paid, each item back on the shelf, set aside as damaged or written off.
- Register sessionsThe float counted in, cash paid in and out, the drawer counted at the close, and any difference recorded.
Three editions: Lite for one shop; Organizational and Enterprise add stores and warehouses. Each register's day posts as one entry with revenue, VAT, cost of sales and payment methods; supplier bills wait as drafts for approval.
Document Generation

Agency
For accounting agencies and freelance accountants.
Set up your clients' companies and keep their books, each separately, from one sign-in.
- An Agency dashboardYour client companies, places left, VAT registrations and the services you provide.
- One sign-in, separate booksEach client is its own company with its own books and audit trail.
- Deadlines across clientsVAT and corporate tax returns, pay runs and unreconciled lines, with a weekly email.
- Your team in clients' booksGive each of your people access to a client's books, within that client's limit.
- Prepared by your agencyDownloads from a client's books carry your agency's name and logo under the client's letterhead.
Five client companies are included; more can be agreed. Each client is a separate set of books; nothing consolidates.
Each listing says in your workspace how it is offered. Provider names show compatibility, not an endorsement. Connections need any provider account they rely on.
