What it does

  • Enquiries and quotationsTake an enquiry, price it line by line and send a quotation the customer accepts without a login.
  • Dispatch boardAssign vehicles and drivers by dragging, with checks for clashes, licences, servicing and expired papers.
  • The driver's job sheetA link per job and driver for times, odometer, passengers, expenses with receipts and the customer's sign-off.
  • Fleet and driversDocuments with expiry dates, maintenance due by date or distance, and driver profiles on your employee records.
  • Costs, fines and driver moneyFuel, tolls and fines recorded on the job, shared by who pays, and settled with each driver.
  • Closing drafts the invoiceA closed job prepares its draft invoice in Accounting, where it waits for approval.
  • Prices that say where they came fromCustomer rates, list prices, routes and packages, with typed prices recorded beside them.
  • Transport reportsRevenue, costs, margin, fleet use and drivers for any period, as a PDF on your letterhead.

Good to know: Runs passenger work: buses, coaches and cars. Sending quotations needs the Document Generation plugin. Drivers and customers are told by email. Map search needs a Google Maps key; GPS and telematics connections are not included.

    Your Owner or an Administrator adds a connector from the Marketplace in your workspace.

  2. Set up for your company

    Each one has its own settings, and the accounts it posts to are chosen by your accountant.

  3. Access by role

    Connectors with their own departments bring their own roles, without opening the ledger to them.

Each listing says in your workspace how it is offered. Provider names show compatibility, not an endorsement. Connections need any provider account they rely on.
