What it does

  • Your own merchant accountConnect with your N-Genius credentials; each company has its own webhook address.
  • Payments matched to invoicesCaptured payments become receipts against the right invoice.
  • A review queueAnything that cannot be matched waits for review instead of guessing a customer.
  • Settlements net of feesBank settlements are recorded net of fees, and missed events can be recovered.

Good to know: Needs your own N-Genius merchant account. A sandbox mode is available for testing.

Adding it to your workspace

  1. Added from the Marketplace

    Your Owner or an Administrator adds a connector from the Marketplace in your workspace.

  2. Set up for your company

    Each one has its own settings, and the accounts it posts to are chosen by your accountant.

  3. Access by role

    Connectors with their own departments bring their own roles, without opening the ledger to them.

Each listing says in your workspace how it is offered. Provider names show compatibility, not an endorsement. Connections need any provider account they rely on.
