What it does

  • The customer's LPO as the contractIts quantities and prices become what is delivered and invoiced, differences shown.
  • Stock by locationOn hand, reserved and available at each location, valued at weighted-average cost.
  • Delivery orders without pricesSigned on a phone, by link or on paper; rejected quantities go back to stock.
  • Credit checksWarn or block at confirmation or dispatch from the customer's balance and limit.

Good to know: Brings the Document Generation plugin with it. Invoices and supplier bills stay drafts until approved in Accounting; stock is counted in quantities and not posted to the ledger.

Adding it to your workspace

  1. Added from the Marketplace

    Your Owner or an Administrator adds a connector from the Marketplace in your workspace.

  2. Set up for your company

    Each one has its own settings, and the accounts it posts to are chosen by your accountant.

  3. Access by role

    Connectors with their own departments bring their own roles, without opening the ledger to them.

Each listing says in your workspace how it is offered. Provider names show compatibility, not an endorsement. Connections need any provider account they rely on.
