Our sales team gets in touch within 24 hours of your registration request. We then discuss your requirements, starting records and commercial terms. Your workspace is set up after review and agreement; the 24-hour commitment is for sales contact, not completed onboarding.

Yes. Import from Other Software brings a company's books across from QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, Tally, Sage, Odoo or a spreadsheet, from the files you export: the chart of accounts, customers and suppliers, invoices, bills, payments and journals. The result is checked against the old system's own trial balance and ageing before anything posts, and the Owner or an Administrator approves it. Payroll comes across separately through Payroll Import, and a few balances can be entered by hand as opening balances.

Yes. Workspace roles and individual permissions decide which pages and actions each person can use. Completed accounting periods can be locked, and posted entries have an audit trail.

Accmerio prepares Form 201 figures from recorded transactions and lets you review, freeze and record a return as filed. You submit the return through the FTA portal yourself. Your team checks tax treatments and figures before filing; the software does not replace that review.

Each workspace keeps its books in one functional currency chosen at setup; AED is the default. Documents in another currency are not supported by the current posting workflow. Tell our sales team if foreign-currency transactions are a requirement.

Yes. Invite people into the company workspace and give them roles such as Accountant or Read-only, with individual permissions where needed. Each person works only with the companies they are authorised to access.

Roles and permissions control pages and actions. Administrators can require two-factor sign-in by role, set session limits, revoke sessions and configure network or device controls. Business queries are scoped to the selected company.

Yes. Tell our team about any hosting or data-location requirements when you enquire, and ask for the current hosting and processing arrangements so you can review them before going ahead.

Our sales team confirms the scope, package and pricing with you directly. Fees are agreed in your company contract and billed separately. Sending a registration request does not take payment or accept a contract.

Your workspace includes a searchable user guide, downloadable chapters and step-by-step walkthroughs. You can raise a support request with screenshots and follow it to the end in the Support Center, or from the Accmerio website with your company’s support code, or email our team.

Yes. We build web apps, mobile apps, internal tools and modules connected to Accmerio, with access and settings assigned to your company. It starts with a requirements discussion. Delivery is within a week; timing may vary with the scope of work. Scope, pricing and any inclusion in your package are agreed separately.
