What it does
The AI Builder turns a description into a document — the customer or supplier, lines, prices, sections and terms — for you to check. It looks things up in your own records first: your contacts, items and prices, earlier documents with the same customer or supplier, your usual terms, open invoices and bills, and your VAT codes.
- Accmerio calculates every figure. The AI proposes lines and prices; the subtotal, discounts, VAT and total are always worked out by Accmerio.
- It does not slip in prices. A price that is not in your description, your catalogue or an earlier document is marked Suggested by the AI, and the document cannot be issued until someone confirms it.
- It never issues, sends, converts or posts anything. Those buttons are yours.
- It works only on drafts, only in the company you are in, and only with what your role can see.
Start from a description
- On Documents, type into AI Builder — for example “A quotation for ABC Interiors for installing 14 CCTV cameras with configuration, budget around AED 18,000, 50% advance and the balance on completion” — and press Start with this.
- Choose what you are making and, if you know it, the customer or supplier, then press Create with AI.
- The document opens with AI Builder beside it, already working on your description.
In a document that is already open, choose AI Builder beside Preview, type what you want and press Enter.
Review its changes
Each answer lists what changed, the total before and after, anything to look at (marked Check), and anything it needs to know under To finish it, tell it. Looked at names the records it read.
- A small change is applied at once, with Undo beside it.
- A larger one waits for Apply this change (or Apply 3 changes, and so on) or Discard.
- Undo puts the document back as it was before that change. If the document was edited afterwards, Undo anyway asks first, because those edits go too.
A copy of the document is kept before every change, so an earlier state can also be restored from History and versions.

Your data
When you ask, the document and the records the AI Builder looked up for that request are sent to Google's Gemini service to prepare the changes. Nothing is sent until someone asks, and we do not use your company's records to train AI models. Switch it off for everyone with the AI Builder switch under Documents › Settings.
