Who works in the agency
The agency's team are the people with access to your agency's company. Agency › Team opens Workspace › Users and Access already showing the Agency department, where an agency role is given or changed.
| Role | What it can do |

| Agency Administrator | Sets up client companies, changes what the agency does for each, arranges the Agency menu, and decides who else works in the agency. Cannot reach the agency's own books or company settings. |
| Agency Staff | Sees the client list and who leads each client. Cannot set one up or change it. |
An agency role gives no access to any client's books. That is a seat in the client company, given there.
