What it shows

Open Agency › Deadlines. Every row is something due in a client company, with its date, the client and what it is. Open switches to that client on the page that deals with it. Everything overdue is shown, and what falls due in the next 60 days; choose From and To for other dates, or a Lead to see the clients one person leads.

Who sees what

You see a client's deadlines only if you have access to its books, and only the kinds your access there can read: VAT and corporate tax need its tax read, pay runs its payroll read (an Accountant seat never sees payroll), and overdue invoices its reports. A client where you have no access is listed under Clients as having no access, and nothing in it is read. An agency administrator gives access per client from Clients › Team.

Leading a client gives no access: the Lead is only a filter here.

Your deadlines by email

  1. Tick Email me my deadlines every Monday under Weekly email.
  2. From the next Monday, an email arrives in the morning (UAE time) listing what is overdue and what falls due in the following 14 days, in the clients you can see. Open the deadlines board in it brings you here.
  3. Untick it to stop. Nobody else can switch it on or off for you.

Nothing is sent in a week when nothing is due. The email is only worked out once a week, so a change on Tuesday shows on the board straight away and in the email the Monday after.

What reaches the books

Nothing. The board reads what your access lets you read; it posts nothing and changes nothing in any company.
