Client companies and your plan

Shows how many client companies are used and how many the agency may have. AccountHouse sets the number together with your agency's contract — the two are your agency's plan. Ask them if you need more.

Your agency's contract covers the client companies you set up: their term follows yours, renewals included, for as long as you keep their books. If your agency's term ends, theirs does too, and their books become read-only, then close, with yours. A company that joined you keeps its own contract.

Join code

The code a company already on Accmerio enters under Settings › Accounting agency to ask you to keep its books. Copy it to send; Renew makes a new one, and the old code stops working. Requests already made with the old code stay open.

Sidebar

Move a section up or down, or untick Show to leave it out of the menu. Hiding a section removes it from the menu only: the pages still open and nobody's access changes. Overview and Setup are always shown.
