Opening your profile
Your profile belongs to you, not to the company: the same details follow you into every company you can open. Press the circle with your initial at the bottom of the sidebar and choose My profile.
Your details
- Change your Display name, Mobile number (optional) or Timezone. Pick the mobile's dialling code from the list (type a country's name or the code to find it); enter the rest of the number beside it.
- Press Save changes. The button stays greyed out until something has changed.
Email and Username are how you sign in, so they are shown but cannot be changed here. If either is wrong, raise a request in the Support Center.
Your photo
- Upload photo adds one; Change photo replaces it; Remove takes it away and your initials are shown instead.
- Use a JPEG, PNG, WebP or GIF of 2 MB or less.
Changing your password
- Under Password, enter your Current password.
- Enter a New password that meets the strength rules shown beneath it, and type it again in Confirm new password.
- Press Change password.
